Matt was the builder for our Victorian terrace house, he helped coordinate subcontractors and acted as a common point of contact for the build. The work included knocking out retaining walls, supporting the house, adding new foundations, modification of drainage solutions, installation of kitchen, flooring, electrical, whole-house water filtration, roofing, ventilation, boiler move, plumbing, tiling and underfloor heating. His quotation was fairly priced for labour and materials. Any unexpected changes to plans were absorbed by the build as a whole and handled as fairly as possible. Matt has good communication skills and is able to follow architectural plans and instruct teams to work correctly. Matt is a kind, respectful and caring individual who is interested in both getting the job done to a high standard and providing fair treatment for all involved in a project.
